Champagne Brut Delamotte for Procaccini Milano
Description
Delamotte Brut Champagne is born beneath the Côte des Blancs, where chalk outcrops just a few centimeters from the vineyard. The Chardonnay absorbs it, and Delamotte returns it in bubbles: 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier, 30-36 months on lees before disgorgement.
Citrus and cedrat peel, white flowers, fresh almond and a hint of freshly baked bread. On the palate, the attack is fresh and creamy while the acidity of the brut disgorgement remains intact, giving it a long and clean finish.
